Associated with HRIA Pune chapter since 2007. He was elected in the HRIA Committee since 2011. Upto 2011 his prime responsibility included event management and all other admin related activities.
In the year 2013-14, he served the Association as a Treasurer and in the year 2014-15, He is elected as the Secretary of the Association.
Rajendra is associated with HRIA for last 5 years, He is an accomplished professional with 20+ years of experience in Human Resource function with a history of significant achievements, which illustrate his ability to launch and develop network, drive campaigns, secure business from key accounts and build Customer and Vendor relationships. Rajendra is currently working with WNS as General Manager – HR, prior to WNS he has worked with iGATE-Patni and Syntel as Head of Recruitment.
Sunil Kashikar is Associate VP-RMG & Recruitment for Zensar Technologies Ltd, Pune. He comes with rich & diverse experience of 30+ yrs, spanning various functions like recruitment, resourcing, sales and business development.
His current role sees him planning and executing a timely & cost effective strategy towards fulfillment of IT skilled professionals required by Zensar to achieve its global service deliveries. He leads a team of over 40 Resourcing, Recruiting and support staff. Besides experienced associates, he is also tasked with recruiting bright young computer engineering graduates from institutes across the country.
Roopali Sundar is the Head -HR for India Region at Avaya India. In this role, she provides guidance on various Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Engagement, Employer Branding, Business enablement and Internal Communication initiatives.
Roopali brings with her close to 18 years of professional experience across segments such as Banking, Manufacturing, IT, BPO and HR consulting. Some of the significant organizations she has been associated with are: American Express Bank, Symantec, Grasim and Horton International. Her experience spans across Merger & acquisitions, Business Partner, OD, Compensation and benefit practices, Talent attraction and Talent development. She is recipient of a large number of awards for conceptualizing and spearheading some the best practices across organizations.
As a HaR leader, she has been invited to a number of academic and professional forums to present her thoughts on Talent practices. Her views are often published in Times of India, DNA, Express Computer, Human Capital and other publications.
She has been the President of HR Infotech- Pune Chapter in FY12 and associated with the forum for last 8 years.
Durgesh has been instrumental in setting up the Pune chapter operations for HRIA and is part of the current management committee as a Past President.
Durgesh is currently working as a Manager with the KPMG Management Consulting group. He has close to 11 years of strong and varied experience in the areas of HR strategy, organization design and development, employee engagement, talent management and change management.
He has previously held senior positions in HR with leading global consulting and technology firms like IBM, Zensar, Wipro and Acceltree.

Maitreyee is a senior HR professional with more than 16 years of strong and varied experience in the areas of HR Operations, Organization Development and Employee Engagement functions. She has worked with global organizations like Veritas, Sungard, iFlex (now Oracle) and Tech Mahindra.
She has executed projects in Change Management, Competency frameworks and People CMM. Her experience spans across a spectrum of key business processes like Staffing, Performance Management, Learning & Career Management, Competency Mapping and Leadership Development. Currently, Maitreyee heads the people function at Saba Software for their India and Asia-Pacific regions.
Maitreyee has been one of the founding members of the HR Infotech Association’s Pune Chapter and served as the President of the Association in 2009-2010. As the member of the Managing Committee of the Association, her role is to guide HRIA Pune chapter and represent HRIA to external bodies like NASSCOM and SEAP to build the HRIA brand and its success.
